Terms of Service

1. The Service

FacelessCast turns a written topic into a short or long-form video by generating a script, a synthetic voice-over, matching visuals and subtitles, and rendering them into a downloadable video file.

The Service is provided by Fatih Mehmet Güldü ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@nowmedya.com.tr.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in advance.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must provide a valid email address. We may require email verification before you can generate videos.

3. Ownership of generated content

Subject to these Terms and to the rights of third parties, you own the videos, scripts and audio generated for you through the Service and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including on social media platforms.

Generated output may be similar to output produced for other users when the inputs are similar. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, and we make no claim of ownership over your inputs.

Stock footage and images are licensed from AI and stock media providers for use inside videos produced by the Service. You may not extract and redistribute individual clips or images outside of a rendered video.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, that impersonates a real person without consent, or that spreads misinformation presented as fact.

Real people are off limits. The Service must not be used to recreate a real person's face, voice or likeness, to swap a face onto another body, to produce so-called deepfakes, to imitate the voice of a real or public figure, or to suggest that a real person said or did something they did not. Characters and voices generated here are synthetic and are not modelled on identifiable individuals; uploading a photograph or a voice recording of a person in order to animate or imitate them is a breach of these Terms.

Every video made with the Service is AI-generated. You are responsible for labelling it as such where the platform you publish on requires a disclosure (for example YouTube's altered-content setting), and for the rights to anything you supply to us.

If you believe a video made with the Service uses your face, voice or likeness without consent, write to info@nowmedya.com.tr with a link or a copy: we review such reports, remove the content we host, and suspend the account behind it.

You agree not to reverse engineer the Service, circumvent usage limits, share accounts, scrape the Service, or use automated means to generate videos beyond the limits of your plan.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Plans, payments and renewals

FacelessCast has no free plan or free trial: you make videos on a plan or with credits you buy. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as chosen at checkout, and renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Every plan includes unlimited stock-footage videos, within the plan's limits on video length, quality and videos per day and subject to fair use, and a monthly allowance of credits for AI video, talking scenes and 4K; a yearly plan receives its credits every month. Plan credits do not roll over to the next month. One-off credit packs can be bought with or without a plan; purchased credits never expire. Without a plan, credits pay for everything you make, stock-footage videos included at 10 credits a minute, within the pay-as-you-go limits (videos up to 3 minutes, up to 1080p, 10 videos a day). Credits consumed by a generation that fails are returned automatically.

Any promotion we give once per email address (for example a launch offer) is given once per address, not once per account: an account opened again on an address that already had it starts without it.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the plan, with its remaining credits, stays active until the end of the period you paid for (the month, or the year on a yearly plan) and does not renew after that. Payments for plans and credit packs are non-refundable, as described in the Refund Policy. By starting a purchase you ask us to begin providing the service at once, and you acknowledge that, where the law allows this, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once it has begun.

6. Availability and fair use

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times depend on load and on the availability of third-party AI and stock media providers.

Plans marketed as unlimited are subject to a fair-use cap that protects the platform for all customers. We apply per-account rate limits to prevent abuse.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account page; this removes your videos and cancels any active subscription. Deleting an account does not reset the once-per-address promotions described in section 5. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
