Product promo video generator: paste your link, get an ad that shows your real product
Last updated: ·
Most AI video tools give you clips. A promo that sells needs more than that: a hook in the first second, the product doing what the voice says, captions, music, and one clear thing to do at the end. FacelessCast builds that whole video from the address of your site or product page. It reads the page, captures the real screens on a phone and in a browser, writes a presenter script from what the page actually says, and shows each step on the actual screen, down to the button being tapped. Below: how it works, what you can bring, what it costs and what it cannot do.
What does a product promo video generator do?
It turns what you sell into a short video you can post as it is. In FacelessCast a promo has one presenter talking to the camera and a fixed shape that works on Shorts, Reels and TikTok: a hook that stops the scroll, one sentence on what the product is, two or three steps a viewer could repeat, a reason to believe it, and a single call to action such as "Comment LINK and I will send it to you".
What makes it different from a generated clip is that the product itself is on screen. When the presenter says "create your account", the viewer sees your real sign-up page, not an interface an image model imagined.
From a link to a finished promo, step by step
You talk to the studio the way you would brief a person, and paste your address into the conversation.
- Paste the link. The page is opened on a phone-sized screen and in a desktop browser, and the first screens of it are captured. When the page links to a sign-up or pricing page, those are captured too.
- The page is read: its headline, the prices it shows, its buttons and, when the page publishes them, the product's name, price and rating.
- Say what you want: the hook, who should present it, how it should end. The studio proposes the video and you start it with one click.
- The script follows the promo shape and only uses claims the page or you gave it. Each step of the "how it works" part is matched to the screen that shows it.
- Every product step is rendered as a scene: your screen in a phone or browser frame with a numbered step label, a slow scroll to the button the line talks about, a highlight and a tap.
- The presenter scenes, the voice, word-synced captions, an upbeat track, the cover and a publish kit with titles and hashtags are added, and the video downloads ready to post.
Why real screens beat AI-drawn interfaces
Image models are good at people and places and bad at software. Ask one for a sign-up form and you get buttons with invented words, a layout your product never had and, often, text that is almost legible. Viewers notice, and in an ad that is the moment trust goes.
FacelessCast treats this as a rule: the script never asks for a drawn interface. Steps that happen on the product are shown on real captures of the product, and the presenter carries the parts that are about the viewer: the promise, the proof and the call to action.
What you can bring: a link, screenshots, photos
A link is enough for a public website. For anything a visitor cannot see without logging in, such as a dashboard, an editor or the result screen of your app, drop screenshots into the conversation instead, or paste them straight from the clipboard.
- Links: any public page, a homepage, a landing page or a single product page.
- Screenshots: PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 10 MB. A tall screenshot is shown inside a phone; other pictures are shown as a photo card.
- Product photos: shown in a card with a slow push-in, the way a shop video would show them.
- Paste the same link again later and its screens are captured fresh, so a promo always shows the product as it looks today.
The script: a hook, the steps, one call to action
The script is written for one presenter speaking to one viewer. It opens on the promise itself, never on a greeting or an introduction, and ends on the exact call to action you asked for, word for word, with the comment keyword in capitals.
Claims stay as strong as their source. Prices come from your page, numbers you give are kept as you gave them, and a sentence like "you can earn up to $5,000 a month" never turns into a personal testimonial the presenter did not give. Prices, numbers and addresses are written the way they appear on screen, so the captions read $19 and facelesscast.com rather than spelled-out words.
A presenter who stays the same person
Promos are presented by generated people, never by real individuals: eight presenters with their own voices, from a friendly young host to a calm expert. When you pick one, a portrait of that presenter is kept in your library and every scene is generated against it, so the face in the last scene is the face from the first.
The voice is delivered a little faster and with more energy than a story narration, because an ad is not read like a bedtime story. The presenter's scenes can also be lip-synced; it is optional and priced in credits per scene, 40 per talking scene at standard quality.
What a promo costs
A promo is AI video, so it is billed in credits: each presenter scene is an AI video clip at 20 credits at standard quality, and a lip-synced presenter scene costs 40, only when you turn lip-sync on. The screens from your link and your uploads are rendered at no credit cost, and nothing is charged for reading a link.
That makes a 30-second promo cheaper than a 30-second AI video, which is about 140 credits at standard quality, because the product-screen scenes cost nothing. Promos come with every plan, with no watermark, at up to 1080p on Starter, 1440p on Creator and 4K on Pro and Studio, from $10 a month.
What it cannot do yet
Knowing the edges saves a render.
- Pages behind a login are not captured. Upload screenshots of those screens instead.
- Some sites refuse automated visitors or show a wall before the content. When a page cannot be opened, the studio says so; screenshots always work.
- A capture shows the page as it loads, the first few screens of it. Menus, filled-in forms and later steps of a flow need screenshots.
- The video shows what your page shows. Only promote what you have the right to show, and keep claims to what your product actually does.
Show your product, not a drawing of it
Paste your link into the studio, say how the ad should start and end, and get a promo with your real screens, captions and music, ready to post.
Make a promo from my linkFrequently asked questions
Can I make a promo video from just a link?
Yes. Paste the address into the studio conversation and say what you want. The page is read, its screens are captured on a phone and in a browser, and the promo shows them for the steps it describes.
Does it work for apps that need a login?
Pages behind a login cannot be captured. Drop screenshots of those screens into the conversation, or paste them from the clipboard, and they are used the same way.
Will the AI invent features or prices?
No. The script is written from what your page says and what you tell the studio. Prices come from the page, numbers are kept as given, and the presenter never claims a personal result you did not provide.
Does the presenter look the same in every scene?
Yes. Every presenter scene is generated against the presenter's portrait, so the same face appears from the hook to the call to action.
Which formats can I post it in?
Vertical 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok by default, 16:9 for YouTube and square when you ask for it. A vertical promo you ask to be one minute stays at one minute automatically.
Can I change a scene after the video is made?
Yes. Tell the studio what to change in a scene and only that scene is made again; the rest of the video, including the captured screens, is reused.
